Please feel free to contact us in any way, shape or form that suits you best, whether it be to ask a question about your garment, or to find out why we’ve done something a certain way or even to rant about inaccuracy! It just means that you are like us and truly hope for a world where the fabric’s perfect and time is not an issue and all is done right and proper. We hope that logic and research has been the basis for all of the decisions made during the sampling process but if you’ve seen something we’ve missed, we’d be delighted to hear from you.
You can use email, phone, or even old fashioned writing. We are also available for video conferences on Skype (michellebarkerhandbound) or Facebook messenger or WhatsApp. We try and reply to any message within a few hours but that is not always realistic, if we are away on a study trip, or have missed a message on facebook. The wonderful world of tech isn’t always easy to navigate.
