The HandBound Way
Well, first and foremost congratulations on purchasing your new garment!
This is the section where hopefully all those little questions like ‘how long will it take for my garment to arrive’ and ‘can I return it?’ get answered.
The way we at HandBound Costumes, work is that we plan to have already laid down most of these issues in our emails. We like to give people the ‘heads up’ before we even get to the measurements side of things. But, just incase we forgot, or emails have been lost or accidentally deleted (oh boy it happens!) then here is a run down of where we both stand in these issues.
- Delivery and E.T.A’s (Estimated Times of Arrival)
- Refunds.
- Cancellations.
